The technological competitiveness of the PARU solar PV tracker has been proven via international certifications such as the UL, TUV, and CE. Also domestically, PARU produces quality products with NEP, ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. Currently PARU possesses 139 domestic and 15 international patents and continues to research and develop better technology.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

4. Material warehousing & Incoming Inspection

The incoming steel materials are placed in Paru’s warehouse. PARU performs visual incoming inspections on the structural steel parts . The supplier will perform functional tests prior to product delivery and provide a certificate to Paru, and Paru will also perform 100% functional inspection before further processing.

2. Laser cutting & Bending

When the materials arrive from the suppliers, they are laser cut, bend and press into the desires shape, followed by visual inspections. Dimensional measurements are performed by hand with calibrated tools and compared with original drawings.

3. Manual & Robot welding

Paru has a welding jig set to ensure that pieces are welded in the correct place and alignment. The jig set includes one jig for the top post and one for he bottom post.

5. Process inspection

Another visual inspection and a magnetic particle inspection will be performed after welding, the inspection sampling rate is one percent according to Paru’s internal instructions. If any defects are found in the inspections, the products will be sent back to rework.

6. Galvanizing

The welded parts will be sent out for galvanization at third parties. The galvanization contractor performs 100 percent inspections on appearance and bending/deformation test, and provides certificates of compliance with the delivered product.

1. Critical parts assembly & function test

The critical parts (Slew drive, Actuator, Sensor, Controller) components are assembled into the parts in the an assembly line. Once the components have been assembled, the critical parts must pass a function test. 100 percent of the critical parts assemblies are put through the functional test, and the results are recorded in a log.

7. Packing & Shipment

The last procedure of the manufacturing is the packing. After packing, the products will be delivered directly to the project sites. The products will be delivered to Kwangyang port in trucks for shipment to Long Beach port. In the US, the products are shipped by train and truck, as scheduled by the overseas business department in Paru’s Seoul office. The Seoul office also coordinates Paru and the other suppliers to meet the shipping schedule.
